Description of problem: Currently to set a new image -[say a photo from a camera in a sub directory of "pictures"] as a wallpaper: right click desktop=> default desktop settings=> select wallpaper image file=>  browse to location[however many clicks to get to file in directory]=> open=> apply=> ok.

As a comparison Win7 has this one click option as default.

You didn't even say which desktop environment, and this is asking for the addition of a feature in upstream software, not in Mageia itself.  We can't do anything with this report.  Please report it to the appropriate desktop developers.
