Since kf5.16 oxygen icons are located in kf5 package oxygen-icons5 instead of the plasma5 package oxygen-icon-theme.
So I guess that plasma-workspace should have a dependency oxygen-icons5 instead of oxygen-icon-themes...

There were a lot of file conflicts between the oxygen-icon-themes and oxygen-icons5 packages when trying to update Cauldron. Had to manually remove oxygen-icon theme which in my case removed also plasma-workspace and task-plasma5-minimal and thereafter install again task-plasma5-minimal...
Then the update went OK.

Just every file from oxygen icon theme conflicted.
However I reverted to previous situation (removed oxygen-icons5 and installed oxygen-icon-theme-15.04.3-2.mga6.noarch.rpm, plasma-workspace-5.4.90-4.mga6.i586.rpm and task-plasma5-minimal-5.3.2-2.mga6.noarch.rpm manually from not so fresh mirror).
Now ran the update:
#urpmi --auto-update
and the update went without problems including installation of new package oxygen-icons5 and removal of oxygen-icon-theme...
