Description of problem: When the mouse pointer is hovered over an item in Kdenlive and a tool tips text box appears, there is no text in the box

How reproducible:every time


Steps to Reproduce:
1.install Kdenlive and update Cauldron to to latest 
2.launch Kdenlive
3.hover mouse over e.g copy, paste, render to produce a tool tip window
4. no text

Affected desktops : cinnamon, lxde, mate, xfce

Plasma desktop does not exhibit issue.
