Description of problem:
The version of Qt Creator that is shipped with Mageia misses the QML Designer. Is that normal ? Maybe the licensing of QML Designer forbids its integration in Qt Creator ?

How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Qt Creator
2. Start writing a QML file
3. You cannot switch to "Design" mode, since the QML designer plugin is missing

I had to download the sdk to get the designer.
