I am having a problem with ktp described in https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=345382

In comment 10 from that link (https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=345382#c10), the ktp developer said the software requires telepathy-accounts-signon package.

So, to fix that problem, I am requesting that package to Mageia.

I packed it some weeks ago, it is now available in Cauldron.

But we need to add it as requirement in some ktp package. This work is missing.

Please change the summary of this bug report accordingly.

Also, please assign to yourself if you plan to do that. 
Or list the packages that need the requirement, if for some reason you can't do it yourself,

When you (or someone else) starts working on it: Putting "OK" on the Whiteboard or setting Status to ASSIGNED should keep bugzilla from whining about this report.
