Description of problem: When the mouse pointer hovers over an item that brings up an information text box, the box has no text in it.

How reproducible:Every time I launch Kdenlive


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Update Cauldron Plasma5 to latest packages.
2.Launch Kdenlive
3.hover mouse over eg: Clip monitor controls

after todays update mouse tips now have text as expected
