Description of problem: %{_sharedstatedir} should resolve to /var/lib and it currently does to /usr/com Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): all versions currently up to rpm-4.13.0-0.rc1.11.mga6 Steps to Reproduce: 1.rpm --eval %{_sharedstatedir} 2.Result: /usr/com This dir doesn't exist 3.should be /var/lib or use rpm --showrc will show the same This is what Fedora is doing. mga5 has the same problem, but we shouldn't change this in a released system (=mga5) Reproducible: Steps to Reproduce:
