Description of problem:

Since drakxservices was migrated to systemd, it does only displays the description of the services on mouseover over the service name. This is not very obvious for casual users.

Please add a column to show the description for the services (and maybe better get them directly from systemctl output instead of duplicating them in services.pm) in addition or as an replacement for the mouseover info.
