Description Neal Gompa 2015-10-03 17:24:54 CEST
Description of problem:
DNF depends on python-iniparse for the Py2 version and python3-iniparse for the Py3 version. Unfortunately, the iniparse module doesn't support Py3 out of the box.

Suggested solution:
Fedora has made a couple of patches[0] to fix an issue and introduce Python 3 support. The python3 support patch was submitted upstream years ago[1], but nothing happened there. Consequently, it remains as a patch to Fedora's python-iniparse package. There's another patch related to fixing another upstream issue[2] that Fedora fixed as well. Please import these and rebuild to generate both py2 and py3 variants.
