Hello everyone,
He must be missing packages on a 64-bit system mageia 5, for example with wine in normal times I sound for all but the pindball3d game (http: //microsoft-3d-pinball-space-cadet.soft32. en /), under opensuse it work the sound, and also mageia5 32bits but not mageia5 64.

I think it's a link with the second of his worries, when I use gens-gs (sega emulator) under mageia 5 64 I have no sound, as against a 32-mageia5 I have.

How reproducible:
to reproduce, to have its mageia a day; p
activates the deposits tainted, nonfree ect ...
it is getting an update
and installing wine32
opening a pindball3d.exe (game) with wine

Steps to Reproduce:
1.install wine.
2.use its file manager to go to his amusement folder or is the game pindball3d.exe.
3.open to with wine

you will need a game pindball3d to try to reproduce

I can be a track for the sound, by launching the game by wine in a console, I got:

one can notice that the back as libasound_module_pcm_pulse.so problem.

I add the package "libalsa-plugins-pulseaudio" and that's good.

Maybe should add this package with wine and gens as addiction?

According to our maintainers database, wine has no dedicated maintainer. Adding some packagers who updated the package in CC of this bug report.

Thierry Vignaud might be the de-facto maintainer according to the commits history.

Packagers: anyone willing to maintain wine please add yourself as maintainer in the database.

Thank you for having taken the needed time to report this issue!

Did this bug get fixed? If so, please change its status to RESOLVED - FIXED

If it didn't, then we regret that we weren't able to fix it in Mageia 5. Mageia 5 has officially reached its End of Life on December 31st, 2017 https://blog.mageia.org/en/2017/11/07/mageia-5-eol-postponed/
It only continued to get important security updates since then, because we were waiting for the big Plasma5 update in Mageia 6, that fixed many of the Mageia 5 => 6 upgrade issues.

If you haven't seen that this bug got fixed, then please check whether this bug still exists in Mageia 6. If it does, then please change the Version (near the top, at the left) to "6". If you know it exists in Cauldron, then change Version to Cauldron. If you see it in both Cauldron and Mageia 6, then please set Version to Cauldron and add MGA6TOO on the Whiteboard.
