Quick fix to the default mgaadv template so that new advisories are targeted at Mageia 5 instead of Mageia 4.

The new template also replaces "package fixes" by "packages fix" in the summary, as experience has shown that most SRPM that we deal with produce several binary packages, so we often have to edit the title to change singular to plural.

Sorry, but this is not acceptable...

No patching of stuff we are upstream for.

Just commit the fixes to git, bump ver and roll new tarball.

I did commit the fixes to git, bumped ver and rolled a new tarball.

I only added a patch for a typo that I noticed after bumping the version, and mentioned in the spec file why I added a patch instead of making a version 0.23 for a single char change.

But if you prefer, let's roll version 0.23...
