Thanks for the report, this kind of message is typical of a package that wasn't rebuilt for the new GCC 5 yet. I'll handle it.

Please test pgadmin3-1.18.1-4.mga6 once it reaches your mirror.

After update to 1.18.1-4 pgadmin3 starts normally.
