When I connect my smatphone (MX4 ubuntu edition) to my pc under Mageia5 (32bit), it is recognized immediately. But then I error messages, and I can not open the personal data (photos, documents, music) contained in the spmartphone. I can not copy data between the PC and the Spmartphone. For information it works on windows or other tested linux distributions (Ubuntu, Manjaro for example ...).
Is this a problem with the firewall? Is there a solution to this problem?

I hope that my report will be understandable, it is done via google translation, because I'm not quite comfortable in English.
