Description of problem:
From /usr/lib64/pkgconfig/sqlcipher.pc:

includedir=/usr/include
Cflags: -I${includedir}

This is incorrect, as includes are in /usr/include/sqlcipher.

Done! should be fixed now with sqlcipher-3.3.1-3.mga6.
