The "drakconnect" program crashed. Drakbug-16.104 caught it.

I just ran "drakconnect --skip-wizard" as a normal user. Nothing happened except the crash.

I can reproduce it on Mageia 5 64bit too, with fr_FR.UTF-8 locale.
