tmb (In reply to Thomas Backlund from comment #1) > Are you re-using some old host-key ? If so, it came from Mageia > OpenSSH 7 disables legaycy unsecure keys and ciphers While it is on your mind, might I suggest adding WHAT sshd legacy unsecured keys and ciphers are disabled to https://wiki.mageia.org/en/Mageia_6_Errata As I misunderstand the above error, the problem is in /etc/ssh/ssh_host_key All I did was create the VirtualBox Guest using Mageia-5-x86_64-DVD.iso, apply all mga5 updates, change /5/ to /cauldron/ in /etc/urpmi/urpmi.cfg, use drakrpm-edit-media --expert to enable all media for update, and installed ~2046 package updates that would update. FYI. seems like my yesterday big update has made my VB Guest unusable which means I am through testing mga6 until i can get my hands on a mga6 Alpha iso. Problem no longer exists Status:
