Description of problem:
after update to megaia5 deja dup is not working anymore

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
in error message: DéjÃ  Dup benÃ¶tigt mindestens Version 0.6.23 von Duplicity, konnte aber nur Version 0.6.00 finden

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.after update megaia4 to megaia5
2.deja dup is not able to backup
3.after uninstall and reinstall deja dup, the same error message is shown:

DéjÃ  Dup benÃ¶tigt mindestens Version 0.6.23 von Duplicity, konnte aber nur Version 0.6.00 finden
