As seen in bug 16560, wxhexeditor is not really compatible with wxgtk3.0. It needs to be rebuilt against wxgtk2.8.

Since the package is broken in Mageia 5 Core Release, we could also do a version upgrade to 0.23 while fixing the wxgtk issue.

This update does not really depend on the wxgtk3.0 update since it is now built against wxgtk2.8, but the wxgtk3.0 update will break wxhexeditor from Core Release (built against wxgtk3.0), so they need to be pushed together.

  compatible with this version, and it generates many error messages when using
  wxhexeditor.

  This was fixed by building wxhexeditor against wxGTK 2.8 as recommended
  upstream. The package was also updated to version 0.23, providing further bug
  fixes.
