Description of problem:

In MCC Software Management (only in the Software Package Update section) you need to open the changelog twice to activate the scrollbar.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open MCC Software Management - Update your system.
2. Select a package (any update package).
3. Open >Changelog -> No scrollbar
4. Close >Changelog
5. Open >Changelog again activates the scrollbar.

I assume this has the same cause as bug 15798, but will leave it to Thierry to decide, or nor, to close as duplicate
