Thanks for the notice. Judging by the description that you copied, this version typically does not fit our updates policy: it is as you state a transitional release to "help the data transition toward the future Zanshin 0.3" and "interesting for users who want to test the bleeding edge". So basically this is a development release for the upcoming version 0.3, and would not be fit as an update to a stable distro. It can be packaged in cauldron however. Component:

RPM Packages Ervin, Zanshin main author, just confirmed that itâs a transitional, but not a bleeding edge release. Also that it is not needed for a later switch to 0.3, but would be needed if one wants to use 0.2 and 0.3 at the same time for a while or switch between the two. That being said, I agree, Cauldron might be the better option.
