Description of problem:
KDE's menus occasionally display icons from the Tango set (used by XFCE, for example) instead of Oxygen icons, which are set as the icon set. 
Here is an example:

Reboot, Sleep and Exit Session icons are definitely from Gnome, while Lock Screen and the rest are from Oxygen.

How reproducible:
Always (on my PC)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Mageia from dual-arch ISO
2. Install task-kde4-minimal
3. Reboot and load up KDE4.
