It is currently not possible to install plasma5-applet-nm package - libKF5NetworkManagerQt.so.5 file is missing.
It seems that just plasma(5)-applet-nm package needs to be rebuilt using new libkf5networkmanagerqt5-5.11.0 package.
plasma-applet-nm is currently only way to switch/configure networks in Plasma5 desktop as net-applet is not working there.

Fixed in plasma-nm-5.3.2-1.mga6.
