PHP 5.5.25 introduced a fix for a PHP bug that broke galette, as shipped in mageia 5. Any access to the application will result in a blank page, with the following error message in the application logs:
Fatal error*: Access level to Galette\IO\FileTrait::init() must be
public (as in class Galette\IO\FileInterface) in
*/home/.../lib/Galette/Core/Picture.php* on line *753*

This problem was detected too late during mageia 5 development cycle to be fixed, hence the need for an update. galette-0.8.1-1.1, in update-testing, fixes the issue.

When assigning to the qa team, and advisory with what's changed, a list of the
rpm and srpm packages is needed.

Well, I thought my description was explicit enough... Let's try a slight rephrasing:

The galette package shipped in Mageia 5 (galette-0.8.1-1.mga5) is not compatible with the PHP version shipped in this distribution. A new package release (galette-0.8.1-1.1mga5), available as an update, fixes this issue using an upstream patch.

As per https://wiki.mageia.org/en/Update_Advisory_Announcement_Example
the advisory should include a list of the rpm packages that need to be
tested, and the srpm packages that should be pushed if testing is ok.

Also, it's good to include a test procedure, especially for web applications.
