Description of problem:

There is no 48x48 icon of Qgis to link on the desktop of Mageia 5

Missing icon system: 

/usr/share/icons/hicolor/32x32/apps/qgis.png
/usr/share/icons/hicolor/48x48/apps/qgis.png

Qgis seems to have a 16x16 and a scalable SVG icons, that should be enough:
/usr/share/icons/hicolor/16x16/apps/qgis-icon.png
/usr/share/icons/hicolor/scalable/apps/qgis-icon.svg

It seems that the scalable it is not correctly used due the filename.
I am about to build a package for mga 5 update/testing
