Description of problem:
If to configure 3g via drakconnect, then user has no gui to change automatic parameters

For example, for provider ROSTELECOM and Huawei e3531 must be used:
OK-AT-OK 'AT+CGDCONT=1,"IP",""' instead of automatic OK-AT-OK 'AT+CGDCONT=3,"IP",""'
OK 'ATDT*99#' instead of automatic OK 'ATDT*99***3#'

2. no fields to enter phone number (dial-in number), AT+CGDCONT, etc.
