Have you tested the vlc packages from the Tainted Release media? They contain codecs that are not in the main package from Core Release for legal reasons.

yes I have installed the package vlc ver 2.2.1  1.mga5.tainted x86_64.

Bonjour Marja

The package vlc ver 2.2.1  1.mga5.tainted x86_64 is already installed.
vlc don't work correctly when i try to watch TV (I have a freebox).
the plugins vlc-plugin-* tainted or not tainted are not at disposition in the repository at this moment.
I think i have to wait.

They are on the mirrors, see e.g.:
ftp://mageia.webconquest.com/distrib/5/x86_64/media/tainted/release/

Please make sure the "package type filter" is set to "All" in this screen:
http://doc.mageia.org/mcc/5/en/content/rpmdrake.html

If you still don't see the packages, then what is the output of (in a konsole/terminal):

    urpmq --list-media active

The "package type filter " was not set on "All"
I can see the vlc-plugins now and install them

Vlc work perfectly now whith your help.
