Description Samuel Verschelde 2011-06-05 15:17:04 CEST
Description of problem:

Apparently, multisystem can't use Mageia Live CD because it can't mount vfat filesystems during init, because the nls_cp437 is not present and loaded.

Hi,

This bug was filed against cauldron, but we do not have cauldron at the moment.

Please report whether this bug is still valid for Mageia 2.

Thanks :)

Cheers,
marja

I've just checked with the final kde4 i586 live cd and mounting a vfat
filesystem and an ntfs-3g filesystem with dolphin is working, so closing
as fixed.

Yes, this has been fixed in Mageia 2 by including all fs/nls modules in the initrd (from dracut config)
