Those must be included in the source rpm to allow rebuiling the package (for example for a security update) while the server is dead or those versions of the files are removed.

Assigning to de-facto maintainer. Daniel, if I'm not mistaken you're maintaining this package. Could add yourself as the maintainer in the maintainers database for freeswitch and freeswitch-codec-commercial-g729 ? You already are for freeswitch-commercial-codecs.

It seems I forgot to do anything on the mga5 package. Real Life events got me buzy. And with one more day of mga5 support, I am not fixing this one.

So either we close it as fixed (removing mga5too from keywords), or closing as EOL.
