This is a followup on bug 6887 which I've just discovered by accident :)
After installation of alien it's not possible to convert an rpm to .deb :

ââââ¼ sudo alien -d isodumper-0.41-1.mga5.noarch.rpm
Package build failed. Here's the log:
dh_testdir
make: *dh_testdir: command not found*
debian/rules:7: recipe for target 'build' failed
make: *** [build] Error 127


After manually installing debhelper it works just fine:

ââââ¼ sudo alien -d isodumper-0.41-1.mga5.noarch.rpm
isodumper_0.41-2_all.deb generated
