syslog after drakboot crash

Description Vladimir Zawalinski 2015-04-06 03:39:34 CEST
Description of problem:
MCC/Boot/Set up Boot System crashes immediately

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Mageia 5 RC Round 5 Classical DVD Installer 64 bit KDE used

How reproducible:
Consistent

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Provide an active firmware raid array
2. UEFI boot
3.Run MCC/Boot/Set up Boot System

This seems to be a leftover after provision of compatibility of installer and installed os for firmware raid. The usual symptom of "Bad partition table on /sdb" occurs. /dev/sdb is a member disk of the raid array.

Syslog and drakdebug report provided below

Comment 3 Vladimir Zawalinski 2015-04-07 01:36:39 CEST

This problem does not happen if the system is booted with the noiswmd kerenel parameter added in grub. AS Megeia 5 will be released with this parameter as default, I am closing ths bug.
