Description Florian Hubold 2015-03-10 21:23:39 CET
Description of problem:

After searching for quite some time in SVN and wiki for an online version of the Mageia places, Remi told me that the license is available as https://www.mageia.org/about/license/ and is even translated in a lot of languages.

Although it is not linked anywhere from our "About us" page at https://www.mageia.org/about/ and I wasn't able to find it linked anywhere on our website.

Please at least add a link on the about page, best in a new section below Mageia.Org called Mageia license or something similar.

Note for another time: you can use "mga#ID" in the commit log to get it hooked with Bugzilla (a comment will be made with the commit log).

So here it would have worked if you had used "fix for mga#15469".

Then some of our coders would probably complain that the commit log does not say what it's doing, something like "add a link to the license in the about page (mga#15469)" would have been better.

HTH :)

Thanks. It does. But I tend to forget :(. So I used "bug #" instead ;).
