Snapshot of the partition window

During installation from liveDVD gnome x64, the character set used in partition screen does not display correctly accentuated french characters

So MS supports accents in labels...
Is that NTFS or FAT32?

This is MSR, "unknown file system", Microsoft reserved partition, 128 Mo

I have the same issue here with such au "Réservé_au_système" label on /dev/sda1:

Device Boot Start End Sectors Size Id Type
/dev/sda1 * 2048 718847 716800 350M 7 HPFS/NTFS/exFAT

Is it an installer bug or a diskdrake bug? I'd say diskdrake, correct me if I was wrong.

Well, they both use the same shared code...

According to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GUID_Partition_Table#Partition_entries, we can trust partition labels to be always UTF-16.

@Olivier: could you attach get your /root/drakx/report.bug.xz file?
Thanks

I'm wrong as we don't read partition labels, just the fs labels.

Is this bug still valid?
