Description of problem:

testcase = MGA5 install from live Gnome DVD x64 in EFI/USB : windows 7 installed in EFI mode 
Disk partitioning before install :
sda1 = fat32 100Mio, flags boot, esp which is EFI partition; 
sda2 = unknown fs type, label microsoft reserved, 128 Mio, label msftres; 
sda3 = ntfs, 25Gio, ntfsdata ; 
rest of the disk blank

In installer, with option "custom partitioning" and then automatic partitioning,installer adds 4 partitions :
- sda4 fat32, 300 Mio ; 
- sda5, ext4, /
- sda6 , swap
- sda7, ext4, /home

sda4 is probably meant to be /boot/EFI but installer then uses sda1 as /boot/EFI as it should.

sda4 is created without any use.
