Description of problem:

As package installation begins with 'details'  selected, the packages display fills from the top down and does not scroll any further as packages are installed. Dragging the scroll bar on the right to the bottom does display the most recent packages installed, but the list does not scroll further. The scroll bar does slowly move back to the top, but not the packages list.

This should not be allowed into general availability as it implies inattention to detail in the eyes of the user.
