Description of problem:
System time still UTC instead of CST after selecting ntp and correct local time during install.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible: always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. clean install of Mageia-5-beta3-x86_64-DVD.iso
2. clicked the intall ntp box, selected Central USA.
3. After reboot "date" showed 
Sun Feb 15 19:49:28 UTC 2015


Workaround: mcc->System->Manage date and time 
Timezone showed Central USA. Re-selected Central USA, set cock back to local time and hit OK.

$ date
Sun Feb 15 13:40:56 CST 2015

[root@linux ~]# ll /etc/localtime

It probably is. You just have to reconfigure your timezone. Fix is committed, but I don't know if new package is released or not.
