Description Kristoffer Grundström 2011-05-31 03:16:24 CEST
Description of problem: During the process of running the develop.py according to the instructions on this page ( http://wiki.kokuaviewer.org/wiki/Imprudence:Compiling ) under the section called Source Code & the part Generate Project Files it stops at when it's about to download the ogg-vorbis support AFAICS. I may be misstaken. SecondLife-community had the same issue 2008 according to ( https://lists.secondlife.com/pipermail/sldev/2008-July/011078.html ). Dunno if they've fixed it thou.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 4.5.2

How reproducible: As soon as you try to finish that develop.py-script.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open your desired console.
2. Install everything instructed under the 1 part related to Linux from http://wiki.kokuaviewer.org/wiki/Imprudence:Compiling
3. Download the latest source-code as normal user by using GIT-command: git clone git://github.com/imprudence/imprudence.git
4. cd to your imprudence-dir.
5. cd to the dir called indra/
6. Run the develop.py-file by typing ./develop.py
7. Voila! It doesn't finish.

Seems to be a regression AFAISI.

Hi, thanks for the report.

The problem doesn't appear to be in a Mageia provided package and as such isn't in scope for the Mageia bugzilla to track. Please report (also for best results) this problem to the Imprudence bugtracker and/or use their support channels to get this build to work.

Well, I beg to differ. I was told by a fellow in #imprudence that this version of gcc-g++ has had issues so he therefor told me to either backport a later version or downgrade. Can you upload a new version as soon as Mageia 1 is released?
