yes this is needed because infrastructure is for sysadmin bugs. BS, Bugzila, maintainance needed, ... Well, there's a logic behind the split, but that doesn't means it's needed :) If you take an outsider view, knowing which team is in charge has no importance at all. All those are parts of the whole mageia infrastructure, at different levels. That's why I would group everything under the "Mageia's Infrastructure" product.
