Hi Per, Thanks for your report. Even if for UEFI / GPT systems it is better to follow the instructions here https://wiki.mageia.org/en/UEFI_how-to draklive-install should not have crashed when writing the grub2 bootloader to the beginning of your root partiion (or was /dev/sda22 not your root partition?) It would be interesting to know whether this happens with a 5beta1 Live iso, too. Would you have time to check? (Unfortunately, 5beta1 has no UEFI support at all, but work is being done to get it in 5beta2) CC:
