Mageia 5 urpmi only installs translation files for langs listed in /etc/rpm/macros. You probably have only en_* listed there. It works. I add cs_CS to macros txt and reinstal aegisub and it works. I use SK language as base system language. But CS is pretty much same as SK language. I was thought if I want install language I must install rpm like program_language_version.rpm Thanks.
