set version to cauldron, as package requests will usually be done for cauldron first and then be available in next stable release

Assigning this package request to all packagers collectively. On a voluntary basis, one of them might want to integrate it to the distribution and maintain it for bug and security fixes.

Original google code project was archived in 2012.

The fork on Github died 2014.
