Description claire robinson 2014-12-17 10:49:48 CET
5beta2 Classic DVD 32 with a default Cinnamon installation

Help is shown in several places in the menu but the actual help is not available. When selected, the help browser opens but is unable to find any help content to display.

It displays instead..

The URI "help:gnome-help/index" does not point to a valid page.

Which part shows that menu? Could you show a screenshot?

Whatever package has the dependency should depend on gnome-user-docs. Seems a bit weird though that Cinnamon would point to that.

From memory, 'Help' is shown several places in the main menu but when selected it opens a help browser which displays only the message in comment 1.

Fixed in yelp-3.14.1-3.mga5.

Cinnamon calls yelp, which by default displays gnome-help, provided by gnome-user-docs. Added a require to yelp on gnome-user-docs.
