Description Claire Revillet 2014-12-16 11:19:16 CET
At first epiphany openning, it proposed 3 quicklinks : Fedora Home page, Mageia Wiki and Mageia Wiki (again).

You can see that again by openning a new tab (but pages you've visited will be listed too).

On the same idea: if you go to the bookmarks
Same if you go to the bookmarks, you'll find 7 Fedora links, some redhat and some others, but no Mageia links!

(I've launched epiphany by the "Web" link in the "Internet menu" of my gnome desktop)

I don't see how this could happen :-(. Did you install it with an existing /home directory that once used Fedora?
Comment 2 Claire Revillet 2015-01-05 09:17:58 CET
No, it was directly installed with a Mageia.
But now that you're asking me about installation, I realize, it was installed in Mga1 and turned into cauldron (I could not install cauldron directly at that time for drivers problem). So it might come from that far. But I thought these kind of default would have been rewritten in 3 years (it may have been the first time I launched it).

I just installed epiphany on Cauldron, and I can't reproduce. Since you said your cauldron was an upgraded Mageia 1, it's likely to be the root of the issue (maybe the issue was indeed there in Mageia 1, and then the settings are considered as custom settings and thus not overwritten).

Closing as WORKSFORME then.
