Description of problem: The installation display is covered in like tracking effects by the cursor and 'snow', so all the graphics get mixed up so you can't see anything. You have to keep using the mouse pointer to clear the broken graphics/tracking effects. But it doesn't clear properly and makes installation very difficult.
