since a few months i've noticed that the area used for notifications is wrong. can you help me to fix this? thanks

I had this problem too. So I googled how to reset this position and the cool part is that you can just drag the popup where you like it to be. So, the next time it pops up, just drag it back where it should be =)

thank you very much, this behaviour is a little bit difficult to understand it as a feature, i thought for a long time it was a bug ;-)
