Do you maybe still have any normal users on your system with a UID < 1000 ?

I thought this problem was already fixed (but then, I don't have UIDs < 1000)

For me, MinShowUID in a cauldron that was last updated last night (except for task-obsolete and some java packages) /usr/share/config/kdm/kdmrc is 1000

pasted the path in the wrong place, but you'll understand where it should have gone

this install has been made next week, so the bug is perhaps resolved.
I 'll verify that.

Well, it should have been fixed, see bug 13849

You did a fresh install with which iso?

I made a net install with my personal mirror, which update every night

rpm -qa | grep mageia-kde4-config

CC: (none) => lmenut

Comment 7 Daniel Tartavel 2014-12-03 16:12:24 CET
bug resolved, that's a script of mine which modify kdmrc, so the bug is mine.

Sorry.
