This update fixes several issues in drakconf (Mageia Control Center):
- fix not displaying contributors in about dialog (mga#13093)
- fix doble fork (Colin Guthrie)

How to reproduce:

- start mcc
- open the menu: Help -> About -> Mageia Contributors
- the window is blank.
- update drakconf*
- open the menu: Help -> About -> Mageia Contributors
- the window is not blank.
