The package is in Mdv (that makes it more likely it'll get packaged for Mga)

I second this request, it is a nice software, very easy to use for non technical user, unlike other ripping software.

last release of thoggen needs HAL here is a patch to remove it but looks to me that we may close this bug and do not pack thoggen , anyway you also got package from rpmfusion.

The last release is from 2008. The sourceforge page still says that it is a beta. Many open bugs. No project activity since 2011 on git. Also the sourceforge download statistics for this program shows that it is dead. 

Closing as WONTFIX.
