lmenut I've just submitted an update to calligra-l10n that add an empty calligra-l10n-en_US package to satisfy calligra-l10n dependency for users using the en locale. calligra-l10n-en_US-2.7.5-1.1 should be available soon in core/updates_testing. This bug mainly came from calligra 2.7.x that doesn't provide en_GB translations http://svnweb.mageia.org/packages/updates/4/calligra-l10n/current/SPECS/calligra-l10n.spec?r1=442458&r2=448561 It's better to always have an calligra-l10n-en_US sub-package, like for kde-l10n.

All I installed calligra-l10n-en_US from testing. I was then able to cleanly remove the l10n-fr package that I had installed to satisfy the update. On another system, on which calligra had not been installed, I enabled the testing repo and calligra installed cleanly. The l10n-en_US package was selected automatically. The problem is fixed for me with the new calligra-l10n. Suggested advisory: Updated calligra-l10n provides calligra-l10n-en_US Calligra 2.7.x doesn't provide en_GB translations. This update to calligra-l10n provides an empty package calligra-l10n-en_US to satisfy the calligra-l10n dependency for users using the en locale. qa-bugs James Kerr: Thank you for reporting the bug and for testing the update candidate! Could you tell us wich architecture you tested on (x86_64 or i586, see https://wiki.mageia.org/en/QA_process_for_validating_updates#Identify_which_architecture_and_Mageia_release_you_use if you're not sure)? This way the update candidate doesn't have to be re-tested on this architecture, and the update will get to all users faster. Thanks again! CC:

remi Sorry for taking so long but I've not had access to a 32bit system for a while. I've now tested this update on a 32 bit mga4 with the same results as 64 bit. The official update would not install unless I selected a random l10n package. I enabled the testing repo and calligra installed cleanly - the l10n-en_US package was selected automatically.
