Known issue that the KDE packagers have on their TODO list, they just have to add proper Conflicts tags to the respective packages. The real question here is why is your installation trying to install kwin-5.0.1 in the first place. It shouldn't be doing that. Maybe the logs you attached have a clue. CC:

Maybe the logs you attached have a clue. Possibly because I have every available desktop checked in the Package Selection dialog and one of the non-KDE ones requires it ? Ping ? Sorry, I forgot to update this report. Plasma Workspaces 4 and Plasma 5 are not co-installables. I added (26-27/10) missing conflicts in Plasma 5 packages and task-plasma5-minimal (task-plasma5-minimal 5.0.1-5 conflicts with task-kde4-minimal). I can't do more at packaging level. Is it still valid these changes? CC:
