The current version of spice-gtk (and therefore libspice-client-glib2.0_8) in Mageia 4 is 0.21-2.mga4, and the libusbredirparser library in Mageia 4 has a major number of zero.  The package you have installed is only in updates_testing (where a newer libusbredir that was never pushed was recently deleted).  This in INVALID.

However, the updated spice-gtk in updates_testing should also be removed.  Sysadmins, please remove spice-gtk and associated RPMs from Mageia 4 updates_testing.
